Heading up Think Straighter’s operations and project management, Tony’s main focus is to ensure that all the strategic parts move cohesively together.
Tony has a Medical background and is an accomplished educator with over 20 years experience. Having dedicated most of his career educating physicians and patients to comprehensively address all aspects of health, wellness and fitness to achieve maximum results, Tony helps Think Straighter and our clients think differently about how we approach and educate a customer base.
Tony possess strong analytical, managerial, communication and leadership skills, with a focus on operationalizing strategies; payroll, compliance, HR, and people management.
Michael is an industrious, highly skilled Creative Designer and Art Director bringing over 15 years experience to Think Straighter. He loves collaboration, big picture thinking and making brands come to life. He believes a project is never fully complete as he pushes boundaries and creative opportunities, and never forgets that a logo always deserves a massage every now and then.
Michael possesses the ultimate "can do" attitude, is never afraid of feedback and change, while developing projects with a positive energy and a smile. His upbeat personality and engaging warm persona enables him to interact effectively with teams across the multifaceted workplace, developing a strong partnership D2C approach, which is at the very core of all we do at Think Straighter.
Michael tackles the design world with a clean and clever approach, never forgetting why the work is being done and who the brand is appealing to. As the Creative Thinker, Michael firmly believes that concept reigns supreme over aesthetics. Side note; Michael loves Nespresso and a well-designed typeface.

Mark Young is considered a marketing and branding maverick for artists, celebrities, and brands in music, tech, film, & entertainment.
Over 20 years, built an entertainment PR firm representing some of the most celebrated talent in the world, including Diana Ross, Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna, Earth, Wind & Fire, Ciara, Alicia Keys, Maroon 5, Naomi Campbell & Quarterback Russell Wilson. Created & directed the global PR, Music, Film, Philanthropic, & Brand campaigns for JLO (2012-2015) and launched the careers of Alicia Keys, Rhianna, & Maroon 5 in early 2000s. Since 2005, he has collaborated with Diana Ross on music releases, special live events, & creating legacy moments.
Co-producer of the upcoming Chaka Khan documentary celebrating the icon's 50-year anniversary in the music business, to be released 2024.
In 2022, he curated the first LGBTQ+ Pride event in the Decentraland MetaVerse. Dedicated to a life of service he a passionately supports Grammy’s Music Cares, Mission Blue Ocean Conservation, and G.L.A.A.D promoting LGBTQ+ equality in the media.

Driving our Amazon Marketing integration tools, Chris has a deep knowledge and successful track record developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for products and brands on Amazon. With a deep understanding across all Amazon's advertising platforms Chris is able to create campaigns that drive traffic to product listings and knows exactly how to best track and analyze key metrics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement, conversion and sales.
Using all the latest tools across Social and digital platforms, Chris and the rest of the Think Straighter Team can affectively further help drive increased awareness, conversion and sales.
